At DAHON, we stand by the quality of our folding bikes and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused bicycle or accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Carefully pack the bicycle in its original factory box with all manuals, tools, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to DAHON

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike is in new, resellable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
