How long does it take to fold a DAHON bike?
Most DAHON folding bikes are designed to be folded or unfolded in less than 15 seconds, thanks to our patented hinge technologies and quick-release levers.
What is the weight limit for your folding bikes?
Most of our standard 20-inch wheel models have a recommended weight limit of 230 lbs (105 kg), which includes the rider and any carried luggage.
Do DAHON bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 95% assembled. You will typically only need to attach the pedals and perform a quick safety check. We recommend a professional tune-up before your first ride.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original packaging is required.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All DAHON frames, handleposts, and rigid forks are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, while components are generally covered for 1 year.
